Trattoria
Our Trattoria, located on the ground floor of Gusto 501 is home to our open concept kitchen featuring a wood-fired pizza oven and open-fire Tuscan grill. Filled with natural light from our three-story glass façade and punctured by glowing terracotta brick walls, our Trattoria is an ideal for both daytime and nighttime affairs.
Capactity: 40 guests seated, 60 guests standing
Mezzanine
Our Mezzanine is located one flight up from our Trattoria and is designed to be enjoyed both as an extensions of our ground floor offerings and a semi-private dining space. The crowning feature of this intimate space is our temperature controlled wine riserva - home to a curated collection of nearly 500 bottles of wine and amari.

Cocktail Bar
High up in Gusto 501 is our Cocktail Bar - perfect for craft cocktails and spuntini. Illuminated by a massive skylight during the day, and the glowing terracotta brick walls at night, our Cocktail Bar space creates a stunning backdrop for sipping, snacking, and celebrating.

Attico
Our chef tasting kitchen - lovingly named “attico”, is our answer to the Italian spuntini bar. Attico has three options for seating - the Chef’s counter with a front-row view of the kitchen, high-top seating facing Toronto’s King St, and low-top dining tables for traditional-style dining. Offering a one-of-a-kind culinary experience, Attico is ideal for both standing or seated affairs.

Rooftop Patio
Our rooftop patio will offer an al fresco dining experience with a breathtaking view of the Toronto skyline.
